Movement & Posture Mapping Session

€79.00

A unique 1:1 session of 90 minutes designed to help you understand how your body is currently organising itself in real life.

This is not a posture correction session, and it’s not about holding a “better position.” Instead, we look at how your movement patterns show up in everyday life. Sitting, standing, walking, and under load.

We explore three key areas:

  • awareness: what your body is currently doing without you noticing

  • coordination: how different parts of your body are working together (or compensating)

  • breathing: how support is being created — or restricted — through your system

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of your dominant movement patterns and the simple shifts that would make the biggest difference in how you feel and move.

You’ll also receive practical guidance on what to focus on next — whether that’s integrating small changes into your daily life or joining the 4-week course, Posture That Holds Up In Real Life.

It is the bridge between understanding and real change.
