I’ve been teaching movement for almost 20 years, and one thing has always stood out: lasting, pain-free movement starts with strong foundations. How we connect with the ground, organise our body, and move with awareness shapes posture, balance, and overall performance — yet these basics are often overlooked in modern fitness routines.

My journey began personally — years of dealing with my own movement challenges showed me how the smallest adjustments can transform the whole body. Professionally, classical Pilates gave me a deep appreciation for functional movement and how the body works as a connected system. From the Reformer to the Wunda Chair, the Pilates method repeatedly showed me that real change comes from understanding the body from the ground up.

For years, I’ve guided people through classes and workshops that focus on functional, whole-body movement. Time and again, I’ve seen how starting with the foundations — posture, balance, core, and of course, the feet — can unlock freer movement, improved alignment, and lasting strength.

Today, my mission is simple: to help people move with clarity, efficiency, and ease, building habits that support everyday life and long-term wellbeing.
