Groundwork classes are structured, progressive, and intentionally simple. Each session builds on core movement principles such as coordination, load, breath, and efficient organisation of the body, so progress feels clear and sustainable rather than overwhelming.

The heart of my work happens one to one. These sessions are tailored to you, your body, and your goals. We look at how you move as a whole, address what needs support or challenge, and build practical movement habits that carry into daily life.
